Dr Frank SCHAUFF, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dr Frank Schauff has nearly 30 years of professional experience in strategic communications and public affairs at the German, European and international levels. He has held leading positions in German and European foreign policy areas, including as foreign policy advisor to the SPD party executive in Berlin.
As long-standing CEO of the European Business Association (AEB) in Russia, he represented the interests of international companies at the highest level.
He began his academic career at the University of Cologne, including a period abroad in Volgograd (then Soviet Union). This was followed by a degree in political science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), then a doctorate in history from the University of Cologne and an MBA from the Private University of Göttingen.
Dr Schauff has taught as a guest lecturer at universities in Berlin and Moscow. He is a co-founder and board member of the East Institute at the University of Wismar. His academic publications and lectures cover topics related to European politics and history.
Christian Tegethoff, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Christian Tegethoff has more than 20 years of experience in executive search and recruitment in Germany and abroad. He is the founder and managing director of an international executive search company specialising in filling management positions in Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Mr Tegethoff is also a partner in a recruitment company specialising in cybersecurity and AI.
Before founding these companies, Mr Tegethoff held senior positions at other international HR consulting firms, including Kienbaum Executive Consultants.
He also contributes his HR expertise to various business associations, including the German Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations and various German chambers of commerce abroad.
Mr Tegethoff holds a master’s degree in history and Slavic studies from the Free University of Berlin and Humboldt University of Berlin. He also holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School in London.
